As we deliver our ambitious 2025–2030 strategy, we are seeking to appoint an exceptional Executive Director of People, Inclusion and Organisational Development to join our Executive Leadership Team. Someone who is deeply motivated by our purpose and understands the vital role that people, culture and leadership play in changing lives. 

This is a pivotal role at the heart of our organisation. As Executive Director, you will shape and lead WithYou’s people agenda, ensuring that our workforce, culture and organisational capability fully enable our mission. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead an established and committed People function, building on strong foundations and working with an experienced, values-driven team that is ambitious for WithYou’s continued success. 

You will drive forward our organisational development and workforce strategy, aligning capability, leadership and capacity to meet growing and evolving needs. You will champion equality, diversity, inclusion and lived experience, embedding these principles into everything we do. You will also ensure our people operations are high performing and responsive, and that workforce planning supports both immediate priorities and long-term sustainability. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will contribute fully to strategic decision making and wider organisational leadership.

We are looking for an accomplished executive level strategic HR and people leader, with a track record of delivery within a similarly complex and geographically dispersed organisation. This is not a stepping-stone role; you will bring significant experience operating at executive or near-executive level, with the confidence and judgement to influence at Board and as part of the Executive Leadership Team. 

Candidates will bring deep expertise across people and organisational development, with a tested ability to translate strategy into practical, impactful solutions. You will be an engaging and authentic leader, able to build trust and relationships across a diverse workforce, and bring a data-informed, pragmatic approach to decision making. Above all, you will be personally committed to inclusion and to WithYou’s mission and values.
